State of the Art 3D Imaging

Cone Beam CT

Our CT uses advanced 3-D technology to provide the most complete anatomical information of a patient’s mouth, face, and jaw areas, leading to the more accurate treatment planning and predictable outcomes for dental procedures.

The 3D computer-generated scans provide an advanced and detailed look at existing teeth, bone, nerves, and tissue with three-dimensional and cross-sectional views, which present critical diagnostic information that is not available with conventional dental x-rays. Your initial consultation is much more comprehensive with 3D images, which allows the doctors to do the following:

  • Evaluate the quality, width, shape, and density of the bone where the dental implants will be placed.
  • Determine the proper treatment approach for each individual patient.
  • Determine the precise placement of implants, particularly in areas near critical anatomical structures, such as sinuses and nerves.

The CT gives the doctors information similar to a medical CT scan, while only administering 1/30th the amount of radiation as a medical CT scan.

Digital X-rays and  Impressions

The Trios scanner takes an extremely accurate digital impression of your teeth, bone structure, and jaw. This new technology eliminates the tray and putty impressions completely. The radiation-free Trios scanner is a compact, hand-held, wand that digitally captures images using the latest optical technology. Once the scanning process starts, it can be stopped and started as many times as necessary to ensure a more comfortable patient experience.  The Trios scanner ensures a more accurate impression compared to an alginate impression giving you the ability to see your teeth in 3D instantly; therefore improving communication during the consultation and treatment process.

Comfort

We respect and understand that many patients experience dental anxiety. We do everything we can to make sure that your experience is as comfortable as possible. By communicating clearly what you can expect during your treatment, we are often able to alleviate dental fear.

Personalized Service

At our practice, you aren’t just a patient. We take an interest in you and your oral health needs.
